A crafted seasonal package from me to you — complete with a printed letter, handmade loose-leaf tea tailored to the season, journal prompts and a handwritten note. Sent four times a year (in rhythm with nature). Each mailing is more than something to read: it’s a slow ritual.

Each package is timed with the solstices and equinoxes* and includes:

  • Printed Slow & Steady letter — seasonal reflections and insights on slow living

  • Journal prompts — questions to help you anchor the new season (feel free to share your answers in the slow community)

  • Loose-leaf tea — 25g of seasonal blend to sip on as you read and reflect (good for at least 12-15 cups of tea)

  • Aphorism with a slow reminder — standard or, if you wish, personalized

* Timing and themes follow the natural rhythm of the northern hemisphere (where I live).
If you’re in the southern hemisphere, the seasonal cues will arrive during your opposite season — for example, my winter mailing will reach you in your summer. I strive to create content that feels meaningful wherever you are and in whatever season you find yourself. If you live near the equator, I hope my snail mails inspire you to create your own small seasonal rituals, with moments of pause and renewal that match the rhythm of your local climate and life.

    Autumn is the season of harvest and letting go, but in today’s world it often sits at the crossroads of mourning summer and rushing toward holiday busyness. This edition invites you to step out of that. The Autumn Snail Mail is a cozy letter for reflection and an invitation to gather your thoughts, let go of what no longer serves you, and settle gently into the slower energy of autumn.

  • Winter Snail Mail

    The widely accepted idea of “one week of ultimate joy,” followed by “the saddest day of the year,” doesn’t have to define winter. This season doesn’t need extremes. It asks for stillness, rest, and warmth. The Winter Snail Mail is a heartwarming invitation to embrace silence and solitude during the darkest and coldest days of the year and look for small joys in it.
